A Reader's Digest article talked about the woes of clutter, the severity of some of the examples should make anyone with the usual clutter feel okay. I don't like clutter, but I fail to have impeccable organizational skills which leads to a desktop with c.d.'s and misc. items lingering around. How does one develop such organizational skills?

The weather held out today and I got some weeding done. My chains (for the chain-saw) where all sharpened, I have access to a lake dumpsite to cut firewood, the wood is not always the best and not always chain friendly (sand and gravel embedded in the wood), but the price is right. They haven't dipped the lake clean of this past winter collection of wood, but as soon as they do, there will be a lot of good wood to pick over.

I go through phases with organization and stuff. I occasionally read a web site named Lifehacker, and I've tried to incorporate some GTD (Getting Things Done) into my work life.

I don't have as much control over my work flow as I would like, but it's nice to know I don't have to carry stuff in my head.

I'm glad you're back on Blogger. I never made it over to your personal domain much; it just never got bookmarked, y'know? I still have this old bookmark from last fall and now you're back!
