Trail Seeker

Spring rains are back, but we had two nice days of sunshine before this. I am still drying out after splitting one of the pond plants into two while out in the rain. The corn got planted yesterday, we did it in the evening and barely had enough time before dark to finish.

I took my wife out to lunch today, we didn't have time yesterday to go out, it is busy here. My oldest is starting summer basketball and my baby is doing after-school drama. Friday my youngest is going on an achievement over night trip through school. Tomorrow I thought I would finally make it to one of the meeting with some fur trade era history re-enactors, but I forgot my oldest has a track recognition dinner then. There is really a lot of community spirit at these track recognition dinners so I like to go.

My baby girl is talking about driving! I think it is time to get some hair dye. I realize why folks get gray hair, teaching their kids to drive! My wife likes the greying, I don't.
